Leroy is the principal developer of Red Sky AI’s Deep Sky weather forecast model, where he leverages his extensive experience in AI and machine learning. With years of experience as a data scientist, Leroy has applied his skills across several domains, from climate and weather applications to innovations in orchard machinery. Leroy transforms complex data into weather forecasts that are both scientifically sound and technologically advanced. In 2024, he placed 13th out of 877 participants in the highly competitive Kaggle competition - LEAP - Atmospheric Physics using AI (ClimSim), highlighting his exceptional proficiency in machine learning and atmospheric physics.
